We prepare each and every file before we scan.

We remove pages from the two-hole clips,
discard the old file folder and remove all of the
staples, clips and sticky notes.

Wrinkled pages are smoothed and extremely
frayed edges are cut to give a straight edge for
scanning, the pages are placed in a jogger to
even all of the edges, and the file ‘Batch’ is
banded together and proceeds to the
Scanning Department.
